Baseline Biscuits sits on Baseline Drive, where the road meets the mountain, and that's exactly how we like it. We started as a small kitchen operation with one conviction: a proper biscuit deserves more than a passing mention.
Every morning, our kitchen fires up before the first car reaches the trailhead. We mix, fold, and bake in small batches so every biscuit that leaves our counter is flaky on the outside, tender on the inside, and still warm when it reaches your table.
Our menu grew naturally from that foundation. If the biscuit is the star, the rest of the plate exists to honor it — with smoked meats from regional producers, eggs from nearby pastures, and ingredients that make sense for the town we call home.
